| Adobe® Acrobat® Reader is free, and freely distributable, software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format
(PDF) files.
Simply go to the Adobe® site by
clicking here, download the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader, and return to the Regional Planning Commission site to access the document you wish to retrieve. |

Having trouble?
If you are having difficulty viewing a PDF file (if your browser reports that it is done downloading but nothing appears) . . .
1. Click your right mouse button over the desired link and choose "save link as" or "save target as".
2. A window will open permitting you to save the PDF file on your computer.
3. Once the document is downloaded, open the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader, select File > Open, and navigate to the location of the saved file.
